Fast Release Bail Bonds("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use and share it, and the rights you have — including rights available to California residents.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Case-related detailsyou choose to share, such as a defendant's name, the jail or county, the bail amount, and any message you include.

How we share information
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate our business (for example, hosting or communications providers), or when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
- Request access to or a copy of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share it)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise any of these rights, call us at 1-800-573-0000 or email wedobail4u2@sbcglobal.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
"Shine the Light"
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83) permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and our site does not currently respond to them differently.
Text messages
If you contact us by text message or consent to be texted, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of further text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
